For international companies and luxury hospitality, we also produce content in English, including promotional films that help position Portuguese brands in international markets. Our corporate videos combine cinematic technique with authentic storytelling, creating pieces that communicate the essence and values of the business in an impactful and memorable way.
PROCESS & DELIVERY
The process is simple and transparent. It all starts with an initial enquiry through our form, WhatsApp or email, followed by a meeting — online or in person at Estúdio 266 in Vila Nova de Gaia — to align objectives, expectations and schedule. We present a detailed and personalised quote. Once approved, we schedule the date and execute the project with maximum efficiency. For large events, we recommend contacting us 2 to 3 months in advance. For portrait sessions or product photography, a few weeks are enough.
As fotografias são entregues num prazo de 1 a 2 semanas e os vídeos entre 3 a 4 semanas, através de uma galeria online privada, em alta resolução, já otimizadas e prontas a utilizar nas plataformas digitais, publicações impressas ou material de marketing. Embora a nossa base seja no Porto, temos total disponibilidade para viajar a qualquer ponto de Portugal e internacionalmente — os custos de deslocação são sempre claros e sem surpresas. What types of photo and video services do you offer for companies?
We offer a complete range of visual content services to strengthen your brand. This includes corporate portraits (headshots) for teams and executives, photo and video coverage of events (conferences, product launches, team building), product, architectural, and commercial space photography, and the production of corporate and promotional videos.
How does the process work to request a quote and book a service?
The process is simple and transparent. It all starts with your enquiry through our form or by email, where you give us a general idea of what you need. Next, we schedule a brief meeting (online or in person) to align objectives. Based on that conversation, we present a detailed and personalised quote. Once approved, we schedule dates and kick off the project.
Do you take on projects outside the Greater Porto area?
Yes, absolutely. Although our base is in Porto, we are fully available to travel and deliver projects anywhere in Portugal and internationally. Travel and logistics costs are clearly presented in the initial quote, so there are no surprises.
How far in advance do we need to book your service?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for events with fixed dates. Ideally, for large events, 2 to 3 months’ notice is best. For portrait sessions or product photography, a few weeks can be enough. That said, don’t hesitate to contact us to check last-minute availability.
What is the delivery time and how do we receive the final photos and/or videos?
Our commitment is to quality and efficiency. Delivery time varies with project size, but as a rule photographs are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks, and videos within 3 to 4 weeks. All final material is delivered through a private online gallery in high resolution, already optimised and ready to use on your digital platforms, publications, or marketing materials.
